Like all other DS cards, the iEDGE is an original size DS card that fits into the slot 1 of a Nintendo DS /
Nintendo DS Lite. The iEDGE DS is also compatible with the Nintendo DSi, DSi XL and DSi LL consoles. The
iEDGE also load ups automaticaaly and does not need a no pass key to start. The main
attraction of the iEDGE is its superb reliability, which at .002% failure rate, is many hundred times more

Using the iEDGE DS
The iEDGE does not contains any internal RAM, so it would need an external memory to work. The most commently
used are the Transflash, micro SD and micro SDHC cards. The iEDGE can take up to 32GB micro SDHC, which
provide extra choice to the customer as they can match the size of memory they want for the iEDGE at
the price they want it. At NDS-Gear, we provide 2GB, 4GB, 8GB, 16GB and 32GB micro SD/SDHC which can all be used by the
iEDGE. Bigger micro SD size gives the EDGE DS a larger capacity to hold the
iEDGE programs, Homebrew games and other multimedia files such as videos, musics and books. The larger memory
space also gives the EDGE DS more RAM to wrok with which improve the iEDGE performnace and speed.
iEDGE also have many features. Besides the ability to play homebrew and Nintendo Games, the
iEDGE can be used to watch movie and videos that are properly converted for the DS, listen to music and MP3,
and also to read e-books and sotre files like photos. Couple with the iEDGE rock solid capability, this make
the iEDGE a superior DS card and very heavily recommended by us.
To transfer the iEDGE software and homebrew game to the EDGE DS, a USB to micro sd adapter is needed. The
iEDGE package does come with said device along with the EDGE DS card. Using the USB to micro SD adapter,
the micro SD can be plugged into the computer and transfer can be done via the drag and drop method. After transfering all the desired fles, the micro
SD can then be remove from the com and inserted into the iEDGE, which is another good
point of the EDGE DS as this provides excellent contact between the EDGE DS and the micro SD. The iEDGE
can then be inserted into the Nintendo DS / Nintendo DS lite and you are all set to journey into the wonderful DS world.
It is useful to update the iEDGE software regularly as the iEDGE
team constantly released new patch and updates to further enhanced the iEDGE performance and iron out existing
bugs. This is to ensure that the iEDGE has 100% compatibility with all software that is used. Unfortunately,
the iEDGE is not compatible with the new Nintendo DSi and can only be used for the Nintendo DS and Nintendo
